Welcome to Villa Crest Nursing and Retirement Center, Manchester’s premier nursing, rehabilitation, retirement center. Since Villa Crest's doors first opened in 1986, we have provided local seniors with high-quality, medical and personal service to help simplify and improve their lives. Villa Crest has accommodations for 153 seniors with varying medical needs.

NHC recently awarded Villa Crest with their highest reward as Center of the Year in 2012! This is awarded to the center that meets the highest standard in patient support, safety, rehabilitation and nursing care, employee turnover and financial performance. In addition, Villa Crest received NHC”s Five Star Excellence Certification Award. This is the premium category for operational performance. It recognizes the outstanding services provided by the center staff and publicly recognizes the center and staff as one of NHC’s best.
